Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Keva Astro, each session is prepared with care and intention. For this reason, all bookings are non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full credit.

This credit may be used toward a future booking and will remain valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit 75% of the payment and receive the remaining 25% as credit for future use, subject to the same 1-year validity.
